Netris has a honor to invite you 2nd International conference focused on technological, legal and commercial aspects of digital TV development in Russia: "Digital TV in Russia 2009". The conference will take place 2st & 3th of April, 2009 the conference will be supported by HD Union (HD Union), MPEG Industry Forum, Broadcast Mobile Convergence Forum (bmco forum).

Purpose of the conference is to provide with open tribune for information exchange by specialists of different industries participating in national TV eco system development. The conference is aimed at negotiation of industrial and workshop frames and new business landscape forming on the back of competition, cooperation and convergence.

Key topics and the most important and actual problems to discuss:
  • Cooperation of the government, broadcasters, service providers, financial institutes on financial constancy and stability of media industry under crisis conditions
  • Legislative securing of moving to digital TV
