IPSoft OSS/BSSCurrently the system supports the following types of services rendered to
customers:

IP telephony services. IPSoft Billing rating and billing system allows to rate
local, national and international telephone calls. When authenticating a subscriber, an access
server in the system may use any parameter from the following list: card number and PIN, IP address
of the subscriber's device, the telephone number of the subscriber, number of port at the access
server. IPSoft Billing software allows to rate inbound, outbound and transit IP traffic.

Dial-up (PPPoE) access to the Internet. The rating and billing system IPSoft
Billing allows to render services of dial-up access to the Internet. When authenticating a
subscriber, an access server uses a combination of a login and a password. After authorization of a
customer, the billing system can provide a fixed IP address to him/her. To evaluate the cost of
such service, rating by either duration of connection or amount of traffic may be used.

Traffic accounting in the case of access to the Internet through a leased line.
IPSoft Billing software allows to render services of traffic accounting. For authorization of
customers IP address is used. The system also supports virtual IP addresses.

Accounting for Cisco CallManager Server calls. The system allows to import calls
registered by CCM server from the CCM database to the billing database with subsequent rating of
the calls and issuing bills.

Periodic services. These are the services that cannot be rated by volume, do not
require rating in real-time mode and whose cost does not depend on the amount. Usually these are
complementary services, which a service provider renders in addition to the principal services.

One-time services. Occasionally a need arises to render a service that cannot be
attributed to any of the types described above (for example, configuring the equipment on the
customer's premises). Within IPSoft Billing software such services are categorized as one-time
services.
