Russian Standard Bank has launched a Video Consulting Service (https://consultant.rsb.ru/) on its website to attract prospects and increase loyalty of clients. The service includes visual contact with a bank employee, demonstration and saving of different documents on a customer’s PC or tablet and assistance in site navigation. The service is available from any website page or internet-banking.

Russian Standard Bank has increased capabilities of its contact-centre thanks to new Netris Video Consulting Solution that was developed by Netris to enhance service level with the use of advanced IP technologies. The solution enables to offer more services over Internet to reduce OPEX.
