(QWERTY network) for Moscow region with Metro Ethernet technology mainly. Now QWERTY network
provides services for more than 1 million Moscow apartments and 100 000 apartments in Moscow
region. The company serves more than 40 000 subscribers with long distance phone services and more
than 75 000 (7% of regional market) subscribers with broadband Internet access.

iVision is a service delivery platform as well as a solution which integrates all IPTV components.
Today QWERTY.TV services include 87 digital TV channels, and currently Central Telegraph is
introducing to its subscribers true interactive television with an access to wide range of
additional interactive IPTV services like VoD (“videoteka” service), Internet access over TV,
games, e-mail access over TV, information services, etc.
The end users can navigate through EPG with detailed TV channel descriptions, set reminders,
use parent control functionality, subscribe/unsubscribe services and TV channel packages, sort TV
channels or create personal TV channel listing, tune menu transparency and other useful settings,
etc.
IPSoft iVision is tightly integrated with QWERTY.TV VoD subsystem, CAS solution, and Central
Telegraph OSS/BSS systems.
Together with IPSoft iVision implementation and evolution, Netris has initially deployed CAS
solution for QWERTY.TV and provides ongoing maintenance and support.
