Netris has developed a multifunctional IPTV solution in Perm Region, Russia

Satellite-Service, an Internet service provider in Berezniki, the second largest city in Perm Region, announces IPTV Service launch under VIP-TV brand. The service provides subscribers with an opportunity to watch their favorite TV shows and movies at a convenient time. The supplier and integrator of the project is Netris, the leading Russian developer in IP communications and digital TV.

The technological platform developed by Netris provides a wide range of modern IPTV services that completely change the idea of TV service consumption: now a subscriber himself forms his EPG and decides when and what he prefers watching on TV. Currently the ISP offers a basic package of TV channels that includes 53 channels with 5 channels to support non-linear TV services: Replay TV, nPVR, Pause Live TV. In the nearest future the operator plans to add several thematic packages including HD channels and video on demand service. One of the project’s advanced features is an opportunity to use simultaneously several sources of content including internet sites.
